Choice Realty pays a referral fee to licensed real estate agents who do one of the following:

Refer a new owner for property management & leasing services who signs a 12-month property management agreement and we place a qualified tenant in the property.
Refer a tenant who (after you show them one of our properties) completes an application, is qualified, approved, and signs a 12-month lease for one of our properties.

To get started, please register your client by submitting the Refer a Client form. We recommend the referring agent speak with us and prepare the owner for a phone call from our office so our referral is a “warm” one.

*Referral fees are paid when a referred owner or referred tenant signs a 12-month agreement and is a percentage of the 1st month’s rent, typically 20%.
